The District charges the below fees for all Incident Reports. These fees must be paid at the time the request is submitted. Check, credit or debit cards are accepted. A 3.99% convenience fee will apply to all debit and credit card payments.
Fire Report Fee: $25.00
EMS Patient Care Report Fee: $30.00

If you need a copy of a fire report that DOES NOT include patient information, please submit your request to the Fire Marshall's office with the applicable fee using one of the methods listed below.
